A series of training webinars “Sensory Integration”

We invite you to join us for a series of free training webinars for volunteers discussing “Sensory Integration”. This subject is relevant for both beginners and experienced volunteers, as well as for anyone interested in special childhood issues.

The concepts of sensory integration and sensory stimulation, what are they? What are the main sensory channels? What to do with their violations? You will get answers to those questions attending our online classes.

At each webinar we will take a close look at the theory of sensory integration and practical methods of its application when working with special children; we will talk about how difficulties of sensory integration affect children’s condition and behavior, and how we can help them overcome these difficulties.

The live broadcast will be held on our Instagram on April 8 and 10, 2020. It starts at 15:00. The duration of a lesson is 1 hour. https://www.instagram.com/sofiadomik.

The webinar will be conducted by Maria Pukach, a special needs teacher at school No 1206, a member of the community of professionals “Skladnoy Giraff”, the help center for children with multisensory disabilities “Yaseneva Polyana” and member of the training project for assisting professions of the academy “So-edinenie”.

The project is implemented with the support of Grants from the Mayor of Moscow for socially oriented NCOs of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the city of Moscow.
