The walls are painted in the residents’ favorite colors, and the shelves hold things dear to their hearts: family photos, children’s drawings or handicrafts from workshops. The lighting is soft, the furniture is without sharp corners, and there is a warm carpet on the floor so that you can walk barefoot. For those who need it, there is an assistant call button next to the bed — it adds confidence that help is always there.
