When creating the Domik, we decided to maximize the socialization and integration of children into society, so that the day of each foster-child would be like the day of an ordinary child in the family.
There is our house temple in the Domik. For more than 8 years, the Domik has remained a real home for children with severe multiple developmental disabilities, an island of love, kindness and security in our rapidly changing world. It’s cozy and peaceful here, close adults are always around, everyone is accepted for who they are, they rejoice and are sad here.…
It was here that the guys, who could do almost nothing, became completely different: they believed in their own abilities and learned a lot; they learned that the world around them was incredibly interesting, and they themselves were an important part of this world.
